Brain Tumor Signs and symptoms
The most common symptom is a headache. 90% of patients with a brain tumor experience a headache during the course of the disease. The headache may be described as an intermittent (occasionally), deep pain, or pressure. It is usually described as throbbing. The headache may increase when coughing, straining, or change position (ie, standing at bedtime). Headaches caused by the tumors tend to be more intense in the morning in the early stages of tumor growth.
